How we work together, in writing.

Who we are

AgenticTech Automations FZCO(“we”, “us”), trading as Agentic Tech Automations, registered at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates.

What we agree before work starts

Every project starts with a written scope: what we will build, what it will do, how long it should take and what it costs. Work starts when you approve that scope. If the scope changes, we agree the change in writing before we act on it.

Pricing and payment

• Fixed-price projects are invoiced as set out in the scope.
• Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance and can be cancelled with one month's written notice.
• Invoices are due within 14 days unless the scope says otherwise.
• Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.

What we need from you

Access to the systems the automation touches, the information we need to build it, and timely answers when we ask questions. If we are waiting on you, timelines move accordingly.

Who owns what

• You own everything we build for you once it is paid for: the code, the configuration and the data.
• We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and know-how that we bring to the project and reuse across clients.
• We may describe the work in general terms as an example of what we do. We never name you or your customers without permission.

Third-party services

Automations run on services you and we do not control: your CRM, accounting software, messaging platforms, AI providers and cloud hosting. Their terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their outages, price changes or changes to what they allow, but we will help you adapt when they change.

Confidentiality

We keep what we learn about your business confidential, and we ask the same of you regarding our methods and pricing. This continues after the work ends.

Fixing problems, and the limit of our liability

• If something we built does not do what the scope says, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we fix it at no charge.
• Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost data held in third-party systems, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Ending the engagement

Either of us can end a project with written notice. You pay for the work completed up to that point, and we hand over what has been built and paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update this page and the effective date. Projects already under way stay on the terms they started with.
